Rates, fees and product information

Rates posted on this site (currently disclosed as 9.00% to 18.00% per annum) represent the range across both Lend Pilots' direct files and partner-placed files. Your actual rate depends on a number of factors including, without limitation: property location and condition, loan-to-value, lien position, borrower equity, exit strategy, and overall risk assessment.

Lender fees typically range from 1% to 4% of the loan amount. Files placed with a partner lender may carry an additional placement fee, which will be disclosed in writing before any commitment is signed. Borrower-paid legal costs are estimated at approximately $2,500, but vary by file complexity and the lawyer you select.

Partner-lender referrals

When a file falls outside Lend Pilots' direct lending criteria, we may refer you to a partner lender in our network. Partner lenders are independent businesses. Lend Pilots is not responsible for the lending decisions, products, fees, conduct, or service of any partner lender, and a referral does not constitute an endorsement of any particular outcome.

Lend Pilots may receive a referral fee or other compensation from a partner lender in connection with a referred file. Where required by law, this will be disclosed to you in writing before the partner lender's commitment is executed.
